Graham joined Blow Abbott back in 1996 from a background working in the tax department of Coopers and Lybrand (now PWC).
Graham is a Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a fully qualified Financial Adviser and he heads up Blow Abbott’s Financial Services business where his focus is on wealth generation for his clients through the efficient use of pensions and investments.
So what else can we tell you about Graham?
Graham loves Italy; the food, trekking through the countryside and mountains and he is currently attempting to learn the language. When not indulging in his Italian passion, his other main love is extreme running, including fell running and Ultramarathons, which consist of running for over 10 hours and 100km through the mountains!

Marie is one of our longest standing staff members, joining Blow Abbott straight from college in 1987 as a mere slip of a girl.
As a PA, Marie provides secretarial and administrative support to Graham Dawson. She is also one of the friendly faces providing front of house meeting and greeting to our clients and visitors.
What else can we tell you about Marie?
Marie is a classy lady and is partial to glass of prosecco (or two). Her favourite place in the world is Monaco and she takes inspiration from Coco Chanel … “A girl should be two things, classy and fabulous!”

Elliot Beaumont has been with Blow Abbott since 2009, following his training as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG. Not only is he a Chartered Accountant, he is also a Statutory Auditor and accredited to undertake Probate work.
Elliot manages a team of over 20 accountants and advisors at Blow Abbott. His clients include all types of businesses, both locally and further afield, but he really enjoys working with Directors of owner-managed businesses, helping them interpret financial information in order to make better business decisions.
What else can we tell you about Elliot?
Elliot also owns a fine food and drink delicatessen in Louth, with his wife, although his favourite food is pepperoni pizza!
He is also a real-life hero; saving a mother and baby from a burning building following a chip pan fire in 2007 when he was living in Manchester.
Best piece of advice he’s ever been given?
Stretch yourself by committing beyond your comfort zone to motivate yourself to achieve these goals.
Nicki started at Blow Abbott in 1995 as cover for maternity leave after gaining her HND in Business and Finance and has been here ever since!
In her role as PA to Elliot Beaumont, she provides administrative support so that he has more time to spend with his clients.
Nicki also has the role of dealing with clients both face-to-face, when they come into reception, and also on the phone.
What else can we tell you about Nicki?
Nicki was actually born in Bermuda before moving to Cleethorpes (she has never forgiven her parents) and Horseshoe Bay in Bermuda is her favourite place in the world.
She loves the outdoors and has run the Great North Run and climbed Snowdon.

Lisa’s earliest career aspiration was to be a dinner lady (as she thought they only worked till lunchtime) but she soon changed her mind and, from an early age, wanted to be an accountant. She started as a trainee accountant, aged 18, and has worked her way through the AAT exams and is part ACCA qualified.
Lisa heads up one of our accountancy teams and has a wide portfolio of clients and she loves getting close to their businesses so she, and her team, can give best advice.
What else can we tell you about Lisa?
Lisa loves spending time with her family and is very creative enjoying music, film and crafts, which she does with her daughter.
Lisa also has a strange phobia … cooked rice, which she puts down to a dinner lady making her eat it when she was a child.
Best piece of advice?
As long as you try your best then that is good enough.
Michele has been with Blow Abbott since 2012. She started her accountancy career in 1980, when she joined a local accountancy firm. She then had a change of career as a Teaching Assistant, when her children began school, before coming back into accountancy in 2005.
Michele provides management and year end accounts for her portfolio of clients and enjoys helping them solve and improve any accountancy or bookkeeping issues they may have.

Michele is an avid reader and loves the Harry Potter books.
Favourite place in the world to visit?
There are so many wonderful places and for so many different reasons…Barcelona, Cotswolds, Niagra Falls, Grand Canyon, Burnham on Sea and the list goes on.
Stuart started his career path wanting to be a sports teacher in a secondary school, before being bitten by the ‘business bug’. He decided that the apprenticeship route was one that would allow him to gain qualifications, whilst receiving real-life business experience and he has worked his way through to ACCA qualification, working in both public and private sector roles.
Stuart is also involved in the development aspects of Blow Abbott and specifically on the implementation of Cloud Accounting for clients. He is passionate about the opportunities this new generation of accounting software can bring to businesses.
What else can we tell you about Stuart?
Sport remains a big part of Stuart’s life and he has run the London Marathon twice and also the Great North Run. He’s walked the 192 mile Coast to Coast and, when playing for Lincoln City U15’s, scored a cracking half-way line goal against Borussia Dortmund’s youth development team.
Watching kids movies whilst eating Toblerone (although he has a good excuse to watch them with his young son!)
Ellie joined Blow Abbott in 2010 as a Business Administration Apprentice and has since worked her way through to Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration. She moved into Blow Abbott’s payroll department in 2012 and now heads it up, providing payroll services to our clients.
The world of payroll is constantly evolving and with huge changes such as Auto Enrolment, Ellie keeps on top of the latest compliance and regulations so the payroll service delivered to our clients is efficient and accurate.
Ellie is committed to providing great customer service, and is currently working on the implementation of email payslips to further enhance the payroll service we deliver.

Ellie is into fitness and can squat her own body weight!

Sophie joined Blow Abbott in 2014 after she re-trained to become a Legal Adviser for a Barrister organisation. Prior to that, Sophie gained a BA Honours degree in Education and was a primary school teacher, and now has a five year old little boy of her own.
Whilst re-training she took specialist qualifications in estate planning and estate administration which lead her to become Blow Abbott’s in house legal adviser and Director of Blow Abbott Legal Services.
In her role she gives advice on all areas of estate planning, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, eldercare planning, Inheritance tax advice and Probate and estate administration. She enjoys working with clients and being able to give them advice that ensures their personal wishes are met and their assets are protected for the future.

Sophie is also a bit of a thespian and has previously appeared in several plays, one of which was performed at the Edinburgh Fringe where it received 4* reviews.
She has also met Kate Middleton!
